I have recently discovered juicing... in case you don't know what that is, it's when you take any fruit or veggie and you put it into a juicer and drink the juice that these fresh fruits and veggies produce. So far, so good. My favorite so far has been carrot, apple, ginger, and lime. I've been randomly picking veggies and putting them into the juicer since Tuesday.
My original plan was to do a juicing detox, where all you have is juices and soups made from stuff that you juice. However, due to the medication that I'm currently taking, this would not be a wise decision for my health. Instead, I'm choosing to juice for one meal and trying to eat healthy for the rest of the day. Basically, a modified South Beach Diet with juicing, which is not mentioned in the book.
